'The Eye of the Beholder, Resting on the Shoulder: An Attempt for Extreme Precautions' is an encounter between four artists working with different media: moviemaker Rachel Strijdonk, composer and visual artist Steven Prengels, painter Arno Synaeve and sculptor and installation maker Pieter De Clercq.
